Your Role

As a Night Auditor/Front Desk during the night shift, you take over from the evening shift. You settle financial data or expense/income reports of the day; you handle night arrivals – departures, resolve any issues or complaints, and take care of special customer requests. You handle Hotel communications during the night, answering phone calls and emails, providing information on the availability of accommodation and/or making new reservations. You complete office tasks that will be useful to your colleagues in the morning shift; at the same time, you are responsible for supervising the Hotel’s premises in order to identify possible risks. You cooperate with the Reservations Department, the Hotel Security, the Repairs and Maintenance Department, as well as the Management.

Professional qualifications & special skills

  • Degree or Certification in hospitality & tourism or business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and Greek. Do you know a second foreign language? This is a plus!
  • Good knowledge of hotel PMS software. Knowledge of Fidelio or similar software is a prerequisite
  • Good knowledge of economics and arithmetic
  • Well-organized work and a constantly alert mentality
  • Ability to identify customer problems and/or complaints and effectively resolve them in collaboration with Management.
